How? The first question, how did this happen, how could it go on, how did this family continue to rise above and live through the trauma, over and over? How did the legal system get it wrong? The threads woven through their lives, and what grew Patty, to be Patty!Yes, everyone has a story, and most of the time we cant imagine what is behind what we see! This story had me connected to it until I finished, 3 days.I Highly recommend this story, many wonderful happenings, family connections, understanding the traumas and yet the best part is how it grew this girl into the remarkable woman she is!Great discussion question at the end an interview that answered so many questions and learn about Patty’s next book!
